By creating a WITRUSH account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use WITRUSH.

You must be at least 15 years old to use WITRUSH. By signing up, you confirm that the date of birth you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity on your account. Choose a username that does not impersonate others or contain slurs, harassment, or sexual content.

Do not cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs to manipulate ratings, or use multiple accounts to inflate your standing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Your username and gameplay activity may be visible to other players on leaderboards and match results. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display this content in the app.

WITRUSH is provided as-is. We do our best to keep the service running and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every question will be free of errors.

You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from inside the app. We may also terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

To the extent allowed by law, ByJubara is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of WITRUSH.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will revise the date above.
